'Tetsujin-28' is the first giant robot in manga history. Remotely controled by the 10 year old Shotaro he has to save the day agains any imaginable enemie. But the robot itself is not good or bad, all is in the hands and the decisions of Shotaro. A genre defining series that started in 1956 and ended in 1966. We have both color and Black & White version figures (as the series was broadcasted in B&W !)

PLOT: In the final phase of the Pacific War, the Imperial Japanese Army were developing a gigantic robot "Tetsujin 28-go" as the secret weapon to fight against the Allies. However, Japan surrendered before they could complete its construction. After the war, Dr. Kaneda (the developer of Tetsujin 28-go) passed his robot to his son Shotaro Kaneda.
