Mino ware with a bellflower pattern inspired by the family crest bellflower used by Mitsuhide Akechi.
Warlord from the Sengoku period to the Azuchi Momoyama period.
It is said to be from Mino country (currently the Tono region of Gifu prefecture).
Kikyo is a Japanese flower that has been loved by Japanese since ancient times and appears in Manyoshu.
The flower stands for "eternal love", "elegance" and "neatness". (depending on the color of the flower)
